As Executive Partner – Sales & Business Development, you will be the face of Kodora to the market—driving sales, advocating for the brand, and ensuring customer success. You will oversee sales and pipeline activity, build trusted client relationships, and play a pivotal role in Kodora’s expansion both nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Growth – Develop and execute Kodora’s sales strategy; drive pipeline growth; manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
- Customer Advocacy & Relationships – Act as Kodora’s leading brand advocate; build and sustain C-suite relationships; ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Expansion – Lead growth initiatives into new sectors and geographies; leverage Kodora’s AI service pillars for cross-sell and upsell opportunities; represent Kodora at industry events and forums.
- Sales Leadership & Oversight – Provide leadership to sales and practice leads; promote a high-performance culture; oversee deal structures, pricing, and governance.
- Governance & Commercial Oversight – Oversee bid strategies, commercial negotiations, and pricing models; collaborate with delivery and executive teams to ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- 10-20+ years in senior sales, business development, or customer leadership roles within consulting, technology, or AI-focused organisations.
- Proven success leading multi-million-dollar deals and building trusted client partnerships.
- Deep understanding of AI value propositions and enterprise technology services.
- Strong network across Australian enterprise and public sector markets.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or related fields.
